Broken rollers

Question

I have struggled to replace this. The roller is 1 1/8 inches. I can only find 1 1/4 rollers. Neither side is in good shape would like to replace both complete parts, not just the rolled if they are available. Patio door is 20+ years old.

Our closest match for the roller assembly shown in your photos would be the 81-277. Take a look and review the specifications below to determine if you could adapt this to work for your repair. Our wheel is larger but the housing can often be adjusted, which may make up for the size difference. If not, we also offer the 1-1/8" dimaeter 81-223 wheel and 81-310 axle kit.
