I suspect you have something like our S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. These two parts look the same at first glance but each one has a different bottom shoe size. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure as shown below to determine the best fit. You will also need the 2630 strength option.
