Broken sash assembly

This bottom end , above nylon pin receiver, is broken

Can I buy end, or entire assembly?

Do u have assembly

Please advise thanks

Hello,

If you're just looking for the balance, take a look at our S600 or S900 spiral balances depending on the diameter of the tube that the spiral extends from. If you need the pivot shoe as well, we'd need to see an undamaged shoe removed from the window, including the exact width and thickness. Thank you!
