Broken sash balance

Please start by reviewing the S770-36 channel balance with a 36C stamp option. This balance installs with a screw at the top through the metal channel. I cannot confirm how yours installs from the photo. If yours installs differently, please let me know and provide pictures of the top of the balance. Thank you!
