Broken sash cords

Question

I have an andersen double hung window from about 1987 or 1988 with broken sash cords.
I cant find a number on the window or screen but remember that one did exist. I think I have the standard window - no hi e glass but it is double pane. The full screen measures a little lees than 32 inches wide by 55 inches high.
I need to know the correct sash balance replacements to order.

Thanks for posting. Based on the measurements you gave, you may possibly have our 24-737. However, the only way to confirm that this is correct is to remove the current balance from the window and show us each stamp printed on it.
