Broken sash crank part

I am looking to replace the black plastic part that locks the sash arm. It will not keep the arm in place

Thanks for writing in. It looks like you're referring to a part of the casement hinge. I am afraid the individual components of these hinges are not meant to be replaced, and when they break an all-new hinge set is needed. Take a look at our 36-048. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this hinge set could work for you.
