Broken sash lock and keeper.

I have a broken lock and keeper that I need to replace, please see attached photos. My home is circa 2002, built by NV Homes.

The keeper appears similar to your 90-257.

Can you please recommend a replacement lock and keeper?

I agree, the 90-257 looks close. I'm not sure about the lock, though. Can you confirm the exact distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? It's tough to make out in your photo.

Thanks for your response, Tom.

I measured center-to-center on both the lock and the keeper.

Lock = ~2-1/16"
Keeper = ~7/16"

Thanks! How about the 90-278? This has the same hole spacing, and they're offset 11/16", which I suspect may match yours.
