Broken shoe

Question

Hello!
I was looking to replace the window show in one of my windows that broke. The channel does have a notch to slide the shoe out for replacing easily but I'm not positive on the size of it or which model to buy. The channel looks to be about 1.2". Any ideas on what size it might be or which one to purchase? I wasn't able to find any writing on the windows to indicate what part number of manufacturer is.

Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing the size of your pivot shoe. You would need to remove yours from the jamb and write out the exact width and thickness. From there, we'll be able to narrow down your options. In the meantime, you're welcome to look through our selection here. Thank you!
