Broken shoe

Hello! Do I need to replace the 4 coils or just the broken, plastic shoes? Thank you!

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs. This system is modular and you only have to replace what is broken, so if the shoe is the only thing damaged you can simply replace it alone. Let us know if you have further questions.
