Broken shoe for spiral balance
I'm confident that we can help, but we need more dimensions before we can make a recommendation. When it comes to pivot shoes, height actually doesn't matter that match. Width and thickness are vital, though, as those determine what fits in the track.
Your next step should be to remove the original shoe, then measure the width and thickness and tell me what you get. Please write those dimensions down; a photo of a tape measure won't be sufficient.
Please also note that removal is necessary. There's no getting around that. If you don't remove it before measuring, then those measurements can't be trusted to be accurate. It has to be done.
Sounds good. We aren't going anywhere, so just let us know that information whenever you can.
Please let me know if that helps to identify the shoe or if you need more info.
This is perfect, thank you so much! My top recommendation is the 15-045. This looks like it conforms to the shape of your original nicely, and it is precisely 1" x 3/8".
Also note that the cam hole that takes the pivot bar is 1/4" x 3/16". This is a relatively uncommon size, but yours appears to be on the small end so I do believe they'll be the same. Can't hurt to check just to be safe, though. I'm otherwise very confident this is the part you want.
