Broken shoes

Question

So i believe i have the 2900 series windows in our home. We purchased it in 2014, but was built in 2007/2008. I have a couple of windows that have broken shoes and need to get some of those. The balances appear to be okay, but the shoes are plastic and the track appears to be 1-1/4". Also, the top tilt locks have broken on a couple of windows. Do you carry those as well?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I can't identify your shoe from these photos. In order for me to help, I will need you to remove an undamaged version from the window track and show us some photos.

As for the tilt latch, I recommend you start by having a look at the 26-393B. Compare our specifications with an undamaged version of your latch to see how they align.
