Thanks for posting. That code is associated with a number of different-sized side mounted drawer tracks. See the 32-056 and the other-sized variants I have listed on this page. These tracks can be mounted to the back of a cabinet with sockets like our 32-119 pair. Take a look and see if you think this hardware can work for you.

Do you have replacements for these tracks? The tracks are 21 1/2 inches.
If not what can be used as replacements. Do you have replacement roller wheels?

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell an exact match for this type of track. I also don't think any of our self-closing kits, mentioned above, will be applicable here. My recommendation is to contact the original manufacturer of the dresser to see if they can supply you with an exact match.
