Broken sliding window lock, please help!

Hi there:
The photos attached show one of these locks that is NOT broken. The one we need to replace has broken off where the screws are.

The spacing of the screws is 2-1/4.
There is a tiny, molded in mark on the hidden side of the pivoting part: 3/8X130.

Hey, Rich! This exact lock has actually been discontinued, but I believe our 90-313 can be used as a substitute. See what you think.
