Based on your photos, I would recommend our 15-180 shoe, 15-186 clip, and 15-182 bushing. The coil spring itself would be our Series 190 balance. In your case, it looks like your coil spring broke, so that may be all you need. When ordering new coil springs, you will need to the number on your old ones.

Thanks for the update, all the hardware looks good. I saw a number "8" on the snapped metal coil spring. I don't understand what the bushing is for, please let me know how I use this.

Thanks for the additional information. Our S190-840 coil springs should work as a replacement. For the bushing, once you have removed the coil spring balance clip (our 15-186), you will see the bushing inside the coil spring. If it appears to be in tact, you may continue to use your original bushing. You may continue to use any of your original pieces and only swap out the pieces that need to be replaced.

Ok, weather is good and I will try to repair. When looking at the spring I purchased separately it has an extra lip or flange...can I just trim this to fit the shoe balance? Or keep and try to bend?

Unfortunately, you ordered the wrong coil springs. You should have ordered Series 190 coils. I don't believe you can trim off the bottom of the springs you bought without damaging them. Your best bet is to use our contact form to get started on your return. In the meantime, you can place a new order for some Series 190 springs.
