My storm door lock/ handle mechanism broke and I have not been able to track down replacement part(s) locally
It is potentially about 45-46 years old with consideration of age of my house.
On inside latch, I could make out your Wartian company name and "pat pend(ing)then:
DBL 1100-6
Can you tell me how to go about getting a replacement?

Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to confirm if this will work for your repair. Note that the hole spacing is measured between the center of the top and bottom mounting holes.
