Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact handle set. The 40-049 appears to be our best option though. Take a look at the specifications and see if you think this could work for you.

We also have other finishes such as the 40-183 and 40-097.

What is the backset? Edge of door to center of cylinder
