Window sliding support tab.. the only number found on the part is 18..

It looks like you have the old-style Simonton pivot bar, which was replaced by the 26-336. Take a look and please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!

Thank you @casey and @paul for the help. I just ordered the pivot bar 26-336. I will update when the bar gets mounted again thank you very much.
