Broken tilt latch

A landlord from New Hampshire says:
Two tenants broke window latches at the same time. What are the odds? The triangular piece that catches on the side of the window snapped off. I attached photos of the sticker from a window installed at the same time as the broken ones. I also included a picture of a good latch from another window. I've never replaced one, but I watched your video, and think I can manage it without calling in the experts. I hope there's enough info in the photos to figure out what replacement latch is required. I hate to take it apart and leave it while I'm getting the parts, so I didn't get a photo of the latch itself.
Thanks,
Mark

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged internal tilt latch removed from the window sash, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Take a look at the video below for assistance with the removal process. Thank you!
