Don't know the window brand. Photos show the only label I can find and the distinctive window stop.
looking for tilt window latch.

It appears that the latch tab is broken off. I would recommend comparing to an undamaged version to confirm the style matches up or you may have an issue with the new tab clearing the balances in the window channel. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
