Broken tilt shoe

The shoe on the right is missing the metal retention clip.
Looking for the missing part, or a new shoe and a video of how to install it.

The retaining clip isn't available by itself, unfortunately. You will need an all new shoe.

We can help, but before we can suggest anything we need to know the size of the original shoe. That will necessitate removal before you measure, to ensure accuracy. It doesn't look like your window track has a cutout for removal, so you need to make one. The video below will show you what's involved.
