Broken tilt window

A home owner from Chesterfield MA says:
I have a tilt window with broken hardware on both sides. It falls open if it's not closed and latched.

The first image is a sticker on the frame. The 2nd image is the broken left side, and the 3rd is the broken right side. The last image is the functioning part on another window.

I'd like to replace these parts, but have no idea what to purchase. Please advise.

Thanks!

See our 26-408 Tilt Latch pair. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this pair could work for you.
