Broken tilt window

I do not know what the parts are called. The latch in the picture (5503) is broken and I'm trying to find a replacement part for it.

It is the top cam that is broken and not latching to the bottom.

The part in question is called a pivot shoe. Yours in particular looks like our 15-105, but you mention a top cam not connecting to the bottom. I'm not sure what that means. Can you go into more detail?
