Markings on it are a large J, the number 75, and a Patent #5,139,291. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for posting. Without seeing an undamaged version of this tilt latch I can't be certain, but start by comparing to our 26-243 and 26-244. Compare the diagrams below to an intact version if possible, and see if this pair matches what you have. Let me know if anything differs.
