Both sides are broken. On one side the piece that fits into the sliding mechanism and is attached to the window is snapped off. On the other side the sliding mechanism is broken in the slide.
Can you tell who made these window sash?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but your pivot shoe is too obscured to ID. Can you remove it from the window and show us photos? The video below will go over how to remove the old hardware using the cut out method.
