Broken tooth on my crank's drive gear

A home owner from Belmont Ca says:

Our window crank has a broken tooth on the drive gear and needs replacing. It is stamped with the part number 31512.

Our window latching lever is broken and needs to be replaced

See attached photos

Can you recommend replacements for both of these items?

Thanks, Sean

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hey, Sean, thanks for contacting us. We can replace both the operator and the lock.

Your exact operator is actually discontinued, but we sell the new version that the manufacturer has made to replace it. See our 39-253RB. The handle and cover are sold separately, so you'll also need our 39-452.

As for the lock, there are two possible replacement options depending on your dimensions. See our 38-095 or 38-096. Carefully compare our measurements to yours to confirm which one is the better match, if either.
