Thanks for writing in. For the Top Sash Guide, see if either our 18-009 or 18-166 look right. For the channel balance, that stamp code only tells us the spring calibration. To know what balance you need, please remove it from the window and show us the nylon fittings on either end. We'll do our best to assist from there.
