Broken top sash guide

Question

Top sash guide in pictues is 3 3/8" in length and the top is 5/8" x 7/8'.  This is for a non-tilt window.

I have seen this top sash guide a few times in the past. Unfortunately, it hasn't been made in a long, long time. I don't believe anything we carry can be used as a substitute. The only thing that has any hope of working is, perhaps, our 18-065. Look over the dimensions and pictures we show on its store page and see what you think.

I'm sorry that we don't have a better match.
