Hi there, have some non-tilt alumnium framed windows that are no longer opening and closing. Thanks to your helpful site, I managed to open them to inspect the balances, but it seems the problem is the top sash guides are broken. I couldn't identify one on your site that matches, since mine are l-shaped.
Could you offer replacement parts for both?
Balance: 25" stamped A2435
Top Sash: 1 6/8" h x 1 1/4" w x 13/16" depth in deepest parts.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this top sash guide. The 18-203 comes to mind, though this only comes in white. Do you think this could be adapted to your window sash? Review the specifications and see what you think.

Great news, the 18-203 worked! Just had to screw in a new hole.

That's awesome to hear! Your balance looks like a match for the S350-24. This comes attached with the 19-002 top and 15-004 (1-3/32" deep) bottom fittings.
However, the stamp is a little odd. What you will need to do is weigh your window sash on a scale to determine the proper strength option for your replacements. There's a chart under the S350-24 product description that will show what option is best based on the weight of the window sash.
