Hello,

It looks like you have a broke pivot shoe similar to our 15-192 but you would need to remove an undamaged shoe from the window to confirm that the dimensions and style match up to our part. Thank you!

both sides are damaged but it really looks like it matches
thank you i'm gonna take a chance and order 2 , worst case scenario i'm out $13
