Broken upper hinge arm on crank style window

Home Owner from Simi Valley, California

The plastic  channel guide end piece broke off upper hinge arm of my crank window (images 8565 and 8569). Image 8573 is of lower hinge arm that has marks of a number 31858 and the word TRUTH to help identify window manufactuer.

I will need to purchase both upper and lower hinge arms as well as a resouce to remove/install hinge arms. Thank you for your assistance.

Looks like you need an all new hinge assembly. We should be able to help, but I can't quite make out the full length of the base track. Looks like it could be about 14" long. Can you verify?

If so, I recommend our 36-049. This won't be identical to your original assembly, but as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time then it should be okay.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. We're always here to help.
