Broken upper holding clips

Question

I have two windows that have window balance pat.# 5737877 in which the holder clips at the top are broken and need to be replaced. Do you have them in stock?

Photo 3 close up view of upper attachment (appears to be okay)
Photo 4 Upper broken holder clip
Photo 5 Another broken upper holding clip
If not available how should I repair the balances in these windows?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry the clips you've indicated in your photos. Since your current block and tackle balances have been discontinued, it'll be tough to find the part you're looking for. I'd recommend following our video below to transition your window to a new balance system that will bypass the clip entirely. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
