Broken wheel replacement - sliding closet door

Quick Learner from New Jersey
Hi Swisco - in my closet I have four sliding doors on two tracks. For one of the doors, the wheel on the bottom of the door broke. So it's not sliding anymore. I need to get a new wheel. Picture of the piece I need replaced is attached. The wheel diameter is 1.25 inches. The whole thing from top to bottom is about 4.75 inches. Do you have this? Thanks

And my Swisco agent thought I was showing two different wheels because one looked flat and one looked concave.
No, they are the same, both are concave. The wheels roll on an elevated lip. I think in the picture, on that second one that looks flat, I think the plastic wheel had actually fallen off and it's just the metal support part of the wheel that you are seeing.

OK, fingers crossed that you can find something.

Hello,

I don't recognize this roller at first glance but I've forwarded your photos to our senior experts to see if they could recommend a possible solution. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we could not locate your exact closet door rollers. With that being said, take a look at the 1-1/4" diameter 81-228 wheel and 81-310 axle kit, along with the related videos. See if you might be able to use these parts to repair your closet roller.
