Looking to replace my hardware on one window due to a broken cord and other broken components. Please indicate the correct part . Channel is 28 inches

This reminds me of our S395-28 channel balance which comes attached with a winged top and a wingless bottom fitting as shown below. However, I believe the stamp in your third photo says "2790". If that's the case, you will need to weigh the window sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S395-28 store page to determine the proper stamp option.
