Broken window/ Roto

My problem is I'm selling a house with a broken window I sent you a picture we believe it's a hinge Roto explain the part is no longer available suggest I try you hope you can help thank you for your time.

Thanks for posting. We have a couple hinges for you to consider. See our 36-048 and 36-049. Either of these can work with ROTO hardware. Just compare the dimensions to see what the best match is.
