Broken window attachment k&k window hardware

I have a window just like this one that has fallen off the mechanism at the bottom and bent the attachment to the crank. The cranking mechanism appears ok but the hardware that actually attaches to the window is pretty much trashed - any ideas on replacements parts for this ?

D904 appears to be on one of the arms - it's rusty but it looks like only 4 characters

Your hinge resembles our 36-048 hinge set, please review the dimensions on the product page to confirm a good match. For the bracket, please review our 39-516 or 39-517 depending on the orientation. I have also related the 39-105 detach clip incase needed. Please let me know if you have any questions.
