Hello,
Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-180, which is designed to work with the Series 190 coil springs. Your original coils should have stamp codes on them that you'll use to choose the corresponding strength option. For a 14-pound sash, I would generally recommend using one S190-740 coil on each side.
