Mine is a vertical push up window. On the fallen balance it writes 29-6 KX CMC 7 which i am not quite sure if that's helpful. And my window brand is Milgard

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment of your balance. You'll also need to confirm the measurement for the depth of the bottom shoe.

Thank you! I've attatched the following photo, but the spring falls out during the balance take out. Also, are you refering to the shoe on the top? Because I only seem to have that. If that's what you are refering to, its depth is around 1.65 inch

What we need is the depth of the bottom show attachment on the metal channel.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 30" and you will need a 2960 stamp option. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks, the measured depth is 1", does that mean I should go for the S380-30 balance attatched above?
