Broken window balance. Need to replace

Hello,

My window balance broke on one side and I need to replace it but I'm not sure which one I need to buy.

I attached pictures of the one I have currently.

Would you be able to help me find the right one that I need?

Can I just buy one in the meantime to make sure it's the correct one and then buy the second if it's correct?

Our minimum for custom orders is 2, I'm afraid. We always recommend you replace your balances in pairs anyway. Pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new balance to wear out much faster as it'd have to pick up the slack for its older counterpart.
