One side of channel balance got broken. I want to know the correct part.

Thanks for posting. See either the S378-16, 380-16, or S385-16. The only difference between these three channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 1540.
