Broken window clip

Question

This is a clip that is on the top of the bottom window on a double hung window. There are two clips, one on each side. The clips purpose is to keep the top of the window from rotating into the house when it is not shut and locked. The clips are spring loaded. The back of the clip has a J, and the number 375 printed on it. Thanks!
