Hello there. This is a 15-087 Coil Balance Shoe. It works with Series 180 Coil Balances. If the coil spring that was in this shoe is undamaged you can reuse it; otherwise, you'll need to pick the appropriate spring weight for the new coil. Look for a stamp on the coil itself to determine this. If there is none, or you're unsure, give me the exact weight of the window sash this system supports, and I can work out what you need.
