Broken window crank handle

Hello, I cannot figure out what brand this is or how to replace. The window does not have an information on it. Number inside handle is 2108.

Please review the 39-205 folding handle that fits onto an 11/32" diameter operator spline. The handle has a set screw for installation. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
