Broken window hardware

Thanks for reaching out! The window hardware you have pictured are a pivot bar and a window balance. I am confident we can provide you with replacement recommendations for both but before you can replace them, it looks like you'll need to have the sash repaired.

The white nylon material on the pivot bar seems to be part of the window sash. This means this pivot bar no longer has installation holes to anchor to, so the window very likely won't function properly.

That being said, I'm happy to identify the replacements but I'll need to see clear photos of the pivot bar and the balance to identify the correct replacements.
