Broken window latch

Question

We have a windoww that has a latch on either side of the window that you lift then we crank the window open and close. One of the latches is broken.

This looks quite similar to the 38-208. Have a look at the specifications and see if they match up with your old hardware.

Please note that it doesn't come with the latch piece shown in your first and second photos.
