Broken window latch

This window latch broke in half. It is from an Empire Pacific window, (now Cascade Windows). Do you have a replacement that would fit?

I'm not familiar with this latch, unfortunately. It looks pretty old. Do you have an undamaged version we can look at for reference? Can I also see what it looks like while installed?

Thank you. This is a huge help. I don't believe this style lock is made anymore, but you may be able to use our 90-323 as a replacement. Look it over and let me know what you think.

I have the same broken Empire lock latch. Did the sash lock and keeper 90-323 work for this customer?
