Broken window latch and release button

Question

I have a double hung simonton window that has a broken lock latch at the top of the window and a broken side release . I was looking to see where I can purchase these parts .

Before we get started, could you write out the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center?

As for the side release part you speak of, we'll need you to remove an undamaged sash release lever and show us. We'll also need to know the distance between the forks or "legs".
