The dimensions are: 2 3/8" x 3/4" x 7/16". White. Appears these latches are installed by sliding the back rounded end into place and then pounding the front end into the grooves. This one window also does not close up to the hardware behind it as closely as the other windows, which is probably why it broke. The latches are under pressure when you try to close that window. The thin line of felt padding hits a metal edge and prevents the latches from catching to lock the window. It's that far away from where I think it should go.

It is not an exact match but I do believe it will work for the repair.
