Broken window lock

A home owner from Whittier, CA says:
Hello, the locking assembly broke on my window, Im not sure what part I should replace it with, but in my research, I found 38-099, 38-091 and 38-58L, and I also need it in beige. I haven't removed any hardware, as Im not very handy and dont want to break it more -I will have my handyman install the new parts. Any suggestions. Thanks.

I'm afraid it's impossible to say for sure what you have while it's still installed. The inside bits are very, very important, and without seeing them I can't really offer a reliable suggestion. I've made a list of some potential replacement parts on this page for you to review, but ultimately you will have to remove the lock to confirm the best match.

A home owner from Whittier, CA says:
Hello and thank you for the reply. I have taken a couple of pictures of the inside parts (still attached to the window) hoping you can identify and suggest a replacement. Perhaps I can get a couple of replacements and the handyman can figure out.. Just not sure what I should do. thanks so much.

Ah, thank you! Seeing this arm, I agree that our 38-091 and 38-092 are a good place to start. I would just make sure the dimensions all match up to what we show on our site.
