I think the broken piece is a "window lock." But I think it is 2 3/16" on hole centers, not 2 1/4" shown online. It is 3/8" hole to edge as shown online.

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our 90-009. I believe this is the closest match we have to your old lock. Look it over and see what you think.
