Broken window lock

Hello, I am looking to replace this window lock. The only stamp is an outline of the state of Texas MDC 5 written on iot. The keeper is built into the window, as per attached photos, so that wouldn't need replacing. The actual screw hole distance seems to be 2-1/8", but we have replaced some with off-the-shelf locks with what seems to be a 2-1/4" distance that worked OK, but not great (the white lock in the last picture, so in a pinch I think we might be able to use your "Window Sash Lock, 2-1/4"" and/or "Acorn Lock and Keeper, 2-1/4"". Thank you!
